This inspirational quote by Muhammad Ali is really intense and shows how much of a commitment he made to his goal of being a boxing champion.  Sometimes, people are blessed in life to have such a drive to do what they want and be what they want to be.  In this case, Ali is inferring that he didn’t ever enjoy the training that he did, but was so driven by what he hoped to get out of it that he just kept pushing himself and pushing himself until he was a champion in boxing.
